Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ComplyAgent ("ComplyAgent", "we", "us") is operated by MoAli Nexus. You can reach us at admin@complyagent.eu. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. What ComplyAgent does

ComplyAgent helps small and mid-sized businesses document their AI compliance posture against the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001. It discovers AI systems, classifies them, generates documentation, delivers AI literacy training, and assembles audit packs.

Not legal advice. ComplyAgent is software, not a law firm. Its classifications, generated documents, and training are decision-support outputs that require review by a qualified person before you rely on them. ComplyAgent is not a substitute for a conformity assessment by a notified body where one is legally required.

3. Accounts and organisations

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your organisation, including members you invite.
• You must be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or probe the system without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service except under a written agreement.
• Upload malware or content you have no right to upload.

5. Plans, trials, and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence you select (monthly or annually). Trials convert to paid only with your explicit action. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; founding-member pricing, where offered, is honoured per its stated terms.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you put into ComplyAgent. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You can export or delete your organisation's data at any time from Settings.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on non-enterprise plans. We may perform maintenance and may modify features over time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for regulatory penalties arising from your reliance on outputs that were not reviewed by a qualified person. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your organisation at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm venue / dispute resolution with your lawyer.]

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
